Their front desk for urology is rude and they screamed at my 3 years old for getting 2 candy from front desk. October 31 is where you can give away candy But PCI urology is mad for given candy away. Such a rude front desk lady. If your going there make sure your kid don’t touch candy because they can make your day bad too because they are miserable. If she is not happy to work she can leave there is plenty of people who is more friendly than her.

I saw a doctor a couple times to assess skin fusions. I scheduled an appointment today explicitly break the adhesions physically. I get there, see the doctor and tell him I'm ready for the procedure. He said that no such procedure was scheduled for today. Whoever took the appointment failed spectacularly. I was told that because I already saw that doctor, that I would be charged for today's appointment. Urologist failed to be proactive and perform a biopsy sooner rather than later. This led to having an aggressive cancer to continue growing and spreading for another eight months before being diagnosed. After being diagnosed I left waiting for additional testing which required pre authorization from insurance before testing could begin. Ask Doc if it could be sped up and was told that's not his job.
