Dr. Cherascu is one of the most knowledgeable doctors in the corridor area. He has been my doctor for many years now and he really is kind and caring. When he entered the room, he had already read information from several other doctors about my health and was very complimentary. He also tried to help me strategize to get medicine that I could not previously afford. He really took time to work with me and give me options. I really appreciate his knowledge and how he treats me as a patient.
With clinics like this no wonder healthcare has become an oxymoron. The receptionist needs to study HIPPA laws more closely. By refusing important information you are putting your patients at risk. Complete lack of accountability and transparency
PCI declined me as a patient claiming I was unresponsive to messages and failed to show up to past appointments. This never happened. I have an extensive history with 5 other PCI specialties (ENT, Neurology, Orthopedics, Imaging, Physical Therapy, and more) and have an impeccable record of attendance and communication. This would be odd of a guy who comes to all other appointments to just skip these. They are understaffed, overworked it seems. Really hard to get test results and staff doesn't seem to have time or willingness to go over medical history. Probably save yourself the trouble and schedule your initial visit somewhere else
I have seen numerous doctors, but I have never felt so thoroughly cared for and genuinely listened to as I have by Dr. Cherascu. The entire staff is amazing. Thank you for your care and professionalism. Great job, team! Potential patients can be confident they are in the best hands here.
