Thomas E. Heineman, MD did my ear surgery and he and his staff were all awesome they made me feel comfortable and made sure i was ok all the way threw it they were never rude or anything definitely recommend if needed
If i could give a zero i would. I was lied about by the front ladies that I was late when infact they told me to take a seat and that they would be with me shortly. Then they said they couldn't find me in the system and once they did they said I was now considered late. They had a manager in waiting...some nolonger placticing surgeon...too young to be retired from that by the way....come and take me to his office and proceed on telling me that I was late and I wasn't going to be seen.
