If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve had in healthcare, both medically and financially. I called before my appointment to confirm they were in-network, and they assured me they were. Fast-forward a few months, and I get an out-of-network bill. When I called to clear it up, they dodged responsibility. The doctor acted like I was interrupting his nap when I visited, and the billing staff clearly graduated from the “Not My Problem” academy. Thomas E. Heineman, MD did my ear surgery and he and his staff were all awesome they made me feel comfortable and made sure i was ok all the way threw it they were never rude or anything definitely recommend if needed
