If I could leave 0 stars I would. Besides being bounced around physicians since they can’t keep anyone, which by the way they don’t reassign you if your provider leaves they just cancel all your appointments which is bull shit and you don’t get a heads up. They send a letter AFTER THE PHYSICIAN IS GONE SAYING YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELLED. I called for a prescription refill and was told “no” because of a balance due from 2020??? The office closes at 5:00 however scheduling at the front desk stops answering calls at 4:30 p.m. it's almost like they haven't been seated comfortably all day and can't handle the last half hour of the day to take phone calls when everybody is getting home from work.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve had in healthcare, both medically and financially. I called before my appointment to confirm they were in-network, and they assured me they were. Fast-forward a few months, and I get an out-of-network bill. When I called to clear it up, they dodged responsibility. The doctor acted like I was interrupting his nap when I visited, and the billing staff clearly graduated from the “Not My Problem” academy.
