Everyone was very nice, professional and friendly.
I was not seen and I am not able to be seen ever at this clinic since I missed my appointment time. I have worked in healthcare 40+ years and understand the importance of schedules; however, I feel it is quite harsh that simply making a mistake by remembering my appointment time incorrectly results in not being allowed to ever reschedule. I did receive reminders the previous week. After a very busy weekend, I thought my appointment was at 9:40 when it was 8:00. Unintentional mistakes do happen to the best of us.
Dempewolf has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered in a physician. Cocky and rude. Would not recommend. Find someone who cares about their patients.
