The new PCI building is really nice compared to the old 1. More medical offices ect
Nice facility, clean, free parking, staff are usually friendly and helpful
always friendly. very understanding staff, patient and comforting. i had an mri scheduled but unfortunately i was unable to complete it and they were so kind and caring and reassured me that it was ok and they found me another solution.
We recently visited Dr. Melanie L. Giesler with our baby, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She did not demonstrate patience or care while examining our child, and we felt rushed and unheard as parents. The communication was poor, and we did not feel supported during the visit. As parents, we believe that doctors who treat children should show compassion, patience, and reassurance, regardless of race or ethnicity.
