I've seen providers in multiple clinics here, and they have all been wonderful. My PCP in the family practice has been amazing
I canceled two appointments through the portal. They have that option, however, when I called the office to reschedule, the receptionist said, I have 2 no shows. If I miss one more appointment then I will no longer be allowed to be a patient with PCI. I told the receptionist that I canceled my appointments through the portal, the receptionist said, you have to call to cancel.
