Refused to do an MRI on me because I was trying to get pregnant but it was too early for a test to tell if I was or not. MRI are completely safe during pregnancy. They were very rude to me, and didn't inform me they would refuse to do it until I was undressed and had an IV in. They then told me they would call to reschedule. I heard that the MRI process could be intimidating. I am not claustrophobic but some people had me worry that this procedure was too enclosed. That was the opposite of my experience. The equipment is very large (and noisy). You lie down and it scans you then pauses and scans some more. To me it seemed very open and very roomy. The staff was very nice and professional.
