Had nasal and sinus sugery in October to open both my sinuses and nasal passages. In November had a appointment because my left sinus feel collapsed or blocked told them then I had meet out of pocket and if something needed done it needed done by the end of year. Had more issues in December and prescribed a antibiotic over the phone. More left sinus blockage in January and got a appointment. Now Dr H wants a nasal CT done. The second and last ENT I will associate myself with. Terrible people work at this facility, especially in the billing department. I am upset because I refused to take medication while pregnant and they billed me for medication they prescribed before I finished my other medication. Not my problem. Workers with vendettas are illegally recording you while you are a patient for personal reasons. I wouldn’t recommend this place or any ENT in Iowa, especially if you are Black and a Woman.
