Rude and dumb customer service, not even any notes on previous conversation and supposed to contact me as to what works as to mobility devices. Greedy insurance ripoff, nasty philosophy towards us disabled seniors. No more Aetna, either.

I would give a worse score at this time if I could!!!! I've never ONCE had a problem, until now. Let me remind, I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU!!!!!!! YOU are else to be providing a service to our community. not the other way around!!!!
I know most people like my self question these reviews but there is quite a few negative ones here so trust them. This place has dreadful customer service, I purchased a mobility scooter from them 3 years ago. They were real happy to accept Medicare and Medicaid then because it was a substantial purchase. But now when I called about a replacement battery they don’t want to help. When I first called the lady she said as long as I purchased it there that yes I am allowed a replacement battery. But then all of a sudden they cla... read more
