If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Our insurance required us to use this agency instead of CCHMC. The first nurse that came out refused to wash her hands with soap and water and instead only used alcohol to clean her hands. My son had a central line at the time. We switched to a different nurse who seemed nice and professional. Once when our normal nurse was out another nurse came to flush the central line and apparently had a vial of epinephrine from another patient with her and accidentally left it on our counter.
