Made appt ahead of time and arrived early. They took me straight back within minutes and the staff could see I was truly sick and in a bad way. They were very thoughtful and tried to keep me comfortable. They went above and beyond
It was professional
Nurses and front office staff always on point and on time. Seamless online check in always helps too. But not 5 stars because allllll the Drs are always late... Every time I visit, I get left in a room for 30 or more minutes feeling worse and worse while waiting on a Dr. But it's the only one in the area that takes my insurance so I can't just go somewhere else. Just wish the Drs cared more about time and their patients like the nurses do
