Well first off it says physicians care but the only person seeing patients apparently is a nurse practitioner. She was arrogant she had an attitude she didn't want to listen to anything and had made her decision as to what was wrong before she even walked in the room. That was obvious. He didn't even try to listen to the symptoms that were presenting and just flat out didn't care about anything but the sound of her own voice.
