Is this a scam company? The phone number they call you from does not match any listed under their name. They called ME, and yet asked me to provide THEM my personal information!?!? The building they claim to be in is another name on Google maps. Their website looks like it was made in the late 90's. I'm not giving them any personal info and call this a scam.
I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to a Ms Cunningham who is in the billing dept. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. She was unwilling to help me and called me a liar repeatedly. This woman threatened to turn me in to a collection agency unless I paid the amount specified by her. I am on a fixed income and am currently home bound with my sickness.
