The front desk people are mean, especially the lady with chipped nail polish and a loud obnoxious voice. This isn’t the first time that they were rude as I have come in multiple times to schedule an appointment or have questions. No greeting or goodbye just plain rude and offensive. I felt that they were stereotyping me because I am a young women of color as they said “do you understand what I am saying” after I was unable to pronounce one word due to my accent.
