I’m supposed to have surgery on Tuesday and here we are on Friday... the hospital out of town doing my surgery needed a copy of my EKG and Marietta Memorial has LOST IT. The exact words from my family doctors office were “It was sent to scanning and they lost it, it’s in limbo and no one knows where it is”. It’s funny how they never seem to lose the bill.
Don’t get me wrong, Selby is a great place for top notch rehab. But once the insurance company decides you have had enough, they kick you to the curb, regardless of your situation. There is no advocating for the patient. They let the greedy insurance companies bully them regarding the patient’s care. Because who better to decide your best course of treatment than the ones that only view people as dollar signs. This is what is wrong with America’s healthcare system. Would NEVER GO BACK!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!! SELBY SUCKS!... read more
