Extremely unprofessional and no care for patient’s wellbeing. Refused to check vitals or allow me to see a doctor, but forced to go to an ER?? Not sick enough to be seen by them, but apparently too sick to leave myself and find affordable (and adequate) care elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Ohio Dept of Health and State Medical Board of Ohio.
My first time coming here ever since they moved locations was not good at all! Yesterday evening I came down for my 10 month old daughter because I had the suspicion that she had an ear infection (which my suspicions were correct) and her constipation hasn't been improving. Granted, I should've gone to pediatric urgent care, but I was in such a hurry to get her seen somewhere that I wasn't thinking about it at the time. The receptionist lady was rude. I saw Taylor, and she was an absolute sweetheart. She was willing to listen, and hear me out about my problems and help me knock out two issues. I was very appreciative of her, and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Taylor!!! Edit: I feel like a lot of these reviews shed a bad light on an otherwise great office so I wanted to share my other experiences.
