I have been treated twice here and have been seen quickly by friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I have had the pleasure of being treated by has been extremely competent and compassionate towards me. I would rather come back to this location for whatever issues that arise than any where else. Thank you staff of this facility you are awesome!
Came in for bad neck/shoulder pain. Sign in was smooth and simple. Saw the nurse ans then the doctor, who was friendly and kind. I explained I was very stressed by recent life events, including my mother dying unexpectedly. He hugged me and even offered to pray with me but didn't want to because he knew he'd cry. Very sweet dude. Thanks for being there for me.
Extremely unprofessional and no care for patient’s wellbeing. Refused to check vitals or allow me to see a doctor, but forced to go to an ER?? Not sick enough to be seen by them, but apparently too sick to leave myself and find affordable (and adequate) care elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Ohio Dept of Health and State Medical Board of Ohio.
