Embarrassingly incompetent! My daughter was seen because she had an earache and fluid draining from her ear for over a week. She was told to take otc allergy medicine. The next day, at a competent clinic she was diagnosed with a bad ear infection and ruptured eardrum. Do better or offer refunds for your terrible service.
Taylor was the best! The woman at the front desk and the nurse were super sweet and nice to me. The nurse even complimented my bag charms. Everyone was accommodating, personable, and easy to talk to. I really recommend this place.
I have been treated twice here and have been seen quickly by friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I have had the pleasure of being treated by has been extremely competent and compassionate towards me. I would rather come back to this location for whatever issues that arise than any where else. Thank you staff of this facility you are awesome!
