We have been patients of Dr. Buurman for over (8) years in this facility. We feel that Dr. Buurman is very competent and we are happy we chose this practice. Dr. Buurman is professional and schedules our labs and appointments accurately for our med refills in a timely manner. His staff are all cordial and ready to assist you with any issues or needs one may have. We are deeply grateful for all the great care we have received thus far. Highly recommended.
Abigail Sells and her staff are amazing. They are very understanding, kind, supportive and helpful especially when I has to make a last minute appointment. Abigail always spends time with you to give excellent care.
My only disappointment with this place is they do not have openers for their front doors for people using walkers or wheelchairs. You have to have your driver open the doors before they go park their vehicle or you have to wait for someone to come open the doors to get in or out .
I do not recommend Dr. Stone. She bills your insurance wrong and for something you didn't even come in to see her for. So, you end up paying for the whole visit because, she and her billing department don't understand how to bill and argues with you and is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to establish a doctor and Dr. Stone put a completely different reason that I came in. I have never had this happen with any medical doctor and it has been a nightmare. We will not be going back.
