I came for surgery for dr glisson they told me it was all in network the lady up front the day of said it may not be after i requested it be in network then proceeded to say it will be written off if so you guys lied to me and charged me for anesthesia just to get me in.
First time at this office, staff was very friendly and efficient, once again Dr Shelton did an amazing job, he is very focused on his patient and listens to you, he is the pain healer!! Highly recommend
The surgery center was very nice and the cleanliness was great!! All the staff members were very personal. Only thing I would recommend out in the lobby is a machine to grab a number ticket so they don't have to tell our whose next.. Dr. Hazan is wonderful!! I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Courteous, smiley, caring, so nice. The anesthesiologist super nice didn't even feel theiv go in! All the nurses that approached me super friendly. One who stood out was Nikki! Thank you all!
