Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. My hubby had surgery on his birthday and they still made it a nice day :)
Everyone was wonderful. My daughter is 5 and has special needs. They treated her as if she were their own. They were great to tell me everything going on and keeping me updated. She went to sleep in the anesthesiologist's lap. I was very nervous and would be very comfortable if we needed to go back for something. Thank you ladies and gentleman for caring for my baby!!
A big thank you to the nurses and anesthesiologist for making my visit pleasant before surgery and to doctor Doug foltz for fixing me up less than 24 hours later I am in so much less pain it is amazing
From the front desk to the nurses and staff in pre-op, to the doctor (Dr. John Kinder), and those in the OR and in the post-op area, EVERY ONE of them went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my stress. They kept me informed of every med I was receiving and WHY I was getting them, including just regular oxygen before surgery. I would recommend Physician Alliance Surgery Center to anybody who needs out-patient surgery.
The nurses were wonderful, friendly, kind, caring and gentle. The Doctors were awesome too, I I would recommend Alliance Surgery Center to everyone for outpatient care!!!
