I had an excellent experience. All of the staff (provider, front desk staff and PCA) demonstrated compassionate and effective care. I was provided with clear information about my medical situation and next steps for follow up. I am very pleased I went to Urgent Care.
Mostly good experience. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The medical assistants are friendly. The doctors for the most part are professional and knowledgeable. There are a few I didn’t care for though most are great that’s why I gave a 5 star rating
Completely satisfied with the service I received. Entire staff was very pleasant and understood my urgency.
Staff was really friendly. They got me in pretty quick and they did their thing. Definitely recommend.
