I went in and was treated promptly and professionally with awesome care.to these caregivers!!!
To do a public post on my name is pretty bold but here goes: I gave this place 3 stars because as I would normally give it a 5, I had an experience that just is stirring me away from this one for a little while. They forgot I was even in the exam room. And I had to do a *intimate* swab of myself that I had never done before and then the dr comes in and says they are going to swab me and run the tests. I don’t know who is talking to who. Just had an unnecessary extra swab for nothing on top of being completely forgotten about... read more
The doctor is amazing the people are so kind
I had an excellent experience. All of the staff (provider, front desk staff and PCA) demonstrated compassionate and effective care. I was provided with clear information about my medical situation and next steps for follow up. I am very pleased I went to Urgent Care.
