Everyone was very nice & compassionate from the secretary to the nurse & the Pa I felt very comfortable & was treated very kindly. Highly recommend!
The medical staff was caring compassionate friendly- I can attribute my wellbeing and safety to their commitment to care. However I found that the patient registrar lacking in listening , - I felt she was to quick to dismiss explanation of why I was there - until she took the time to listen and review the notes written into my records by care team. All of my questions were answered. She was amazing kind and very understanding
It was easy to schedule. It took a little bit of time to get results for covid amd flu. But that is norm.
