The front desk staff is completely USELESS!!!!! On 3/3/19 I went to this facility because I was in excruciating back pain. I was visibly unable to stand up straight. While dealing with my pain, I totally forgot to take my insurance card with me (new card so they wouldn’t have my info on file). One lady, at the front desk told me that I would need my insurance to be seen. RecommendedI made my appointment online which was very easy. When I arrived I was helped right away. The staff were very personable and professional. I was thankful that I was able to have a chest x-ray right there instead of having to go to the hospital. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend Physicians One.
RecommendedFirst time, I went this morning was so happy they opened at 8am on Sunday. The employees were so nice and efficient. I will definitely be going back. All in all a great experience!(except for having a sinus infection lol) 🙂
RecommendedNo appointment necessary, short wait time, efficient staff, diagnosed issue and got me out the door to RX waiting at pharmacy in same parking lot! What’s not to like?!
