I always came in here. I went in today to get a clearing for my daughter who was sent home for a bellyache. She wasn't telling the truth and I will deal with that. I explained it to them and got laughed at. They weren't even discreet. I get that she was not telling the truth but as for the doctor she could have came to me and said I'm sorry and can't help me. RecommendedEveryone was very nice however I think it’s misleading to tell someone that there’s an hour wait when in fact I waited for two hours. Four people ahead of me. I was in for an ear check. Took literally 5 minutes. I was put in a room within an hour but waited an additional hour for the dr to come in. Appreciate your services but would like for an accurate timeframe to be given.

Made an appointment for 3:30, arrived at 3:20 and was told only one physician was working and I needed to wait in my car. After over an hour of waiting I was called in, I was charged $85 instead of $15 because they read my insurance wrong, while asking why I was charged more than normal I was given no help, argued with, and then given a number to call.
