Worst place ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wife walked in and she was very discriminated. She called and asked if she can come in 20 mins before they were closed. When my wife walked in two girls were looking at eachother laughing. My wife asked is it possible if i can see a physican? One of the girls walked away for 3 seconds came back and said they have clients waiting so they cant take my wife in, but there was no one waiting. This place is a joke and should shut down. I was fairly disgusted at the way I was treated, and by reading prior reviews this is a pattern for this clinic. I showed up with an obviously painful condition. My heart-rate was 111, my blood pressure was increased by 20 points from my baseline, I couldn't sit still and was literally crying because I was in so much pain despite being on antibiotics. NO doctor on site at all-- only a young, unconfident PA. She barely gave me an exam. Did not listen to my chest, only looked in one ear, did not look in my throat, like wtf. I ... read more

Terrible wait because travel COVID test and urine tests for employment go before people who are obviously sick This is the third time I have come and each time the wait is longer and longer Urgent care or just testing center????

My family has used Physician One a few times and always in and out like a flash. This last experience was very important. We have an expensive holiday trip planned in Canada and you only have a 72 hour window to get a negative PCR test results back to cross the border, as it is a heavily traveled time of year the wait times on results for the FREE test is 3-5 days.....YIKES that won't work for anybody! First and the last time we went to this place. Unprofessional and very rude staff. Don't waste your time going there. Staff on reception desk will give you a very misleading information . I took my son to get a COVID test and I specifically asked the receptionist if we can do just the test and the answer we got is yes but you have to wait for about 45 minutes. After all that time they were trying to get us to see a physician, so they can charge my insurance. However, to see a physician was completely unnecessary because we n... read more
