One star is far too generous for this facility. My experience was terrible from start to finish. I spoke to April over the phone, and she was not only unprofessional but downright rude. To make matters worse, my cataract surgery was canceled due to the ignorance of the anesthesiologist (or better to say are uneducated) contracted with this facility. The lack of communication and professionalism here is appalling. I will never recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid it.”

Two stars, more to get attention to a problem than to indicate near-complete dissatisfaction. In fact, I recently had two cataract surgeries, two weeks apart at the center, with good outcomes in both cases. At the first surgery, my pre-op experience was just fine. I may have been the first surgery of the day, at noon. I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of transparency in your pricing policies. As a potential customer, I believe that having access to clear and upfront pricing information with no hidden fees is crucial in making informed decision about any healthcare decisions. However , I have found it challenging to obtain detailed pricing information from your eye clinic. Further, this has caused a tremendous financial burden on my part.
