I had two eye lens replacement surgeries done there, and I can say that the staff at all levels was friendly, professional, and helpful. That said, I must point out that if you try to call them or send them an email no one will ever return your message. Prior to the surgery I called every day in a row for 4 days and also left email messages. I only had a simple question, but was never able to ask it until the day of my surgery leading to unnecessary worry on my part.

I had good experiences here earlier this summer with 2 laser eye treatments for eye pressure. But yesterday my experience for my first cataract surgery was not good. The prep nurses, Erica and Cassandra were excellent. The problem began when I was wheeled into the surgical suite. The nurse who did the final preparation never introduced herself and began swabbing my eyelids, and irrigating the eye without informing me of what she was going to do; instead, she carried on a conversation with Cassandra as if I wasn't in the room... read more
