I did a hair test here over a year ago and they took 20% of my hair. I cried when I looked down. I was so upset.I even asked to take a picture and they said no. I have had trauma since. Do not go here they should be sued.
Front staff needs to keep their explicit conversations to themselves. And keep it professional.
Can't honestly anything bad about the place . Staff are nice and explain things well especially if they have to cut your hair.
