Today, I had a gastroscopy here, and all the staff, from the doctors to the nurses—made me feel safe and comfortable.
Everyone was excellent, they were very informative and supportive. The facilities seemed brand new and the care was superb.
I went in for a examination of my neck, I had an MRI with me that no one ever looked at. I got there just after 8am. I waited in the emergency room on a stretcher for twelve hours where they confirmed that I had Sleep apnea but at no time gave me a cap machine the whole time there. They told me I had prostate cancer in the emergency. I was put in ICU and a private room just to run up the bill. Excellent physical therapy by Steve Lyon. I went for shoulder pain and it is much improved. The support staff are great too.
I had a severe Vertigo (BPPV) condition about a month ago. After release from hospital I went to RWJ outpatient Physical Therapy in Bridgewater for Vestibular Therapy.
