I have horrible experience with 2 doctors,,, very very poor communication,,, they never answer the phones…..waiting time too,,,,,

This business doesn't know if it's coming or going. While the staff is pleasant and appear to try to be helpful, the overall incompetence is unbearable. My prescriptions take up to a week to be sent to the pharmacy on a good visit, and at least twice it's taken me returning to the office when they were over 10 days. The answering service takes messages, but I NEVER in at least 5 calls had a return call. I have had 2 outpatient procedures scheduled. The procedure requires my discontinuing medication for 3 days.
