Overbooking and you will wait ALL DAY LONG. Appointment was at 10:45, it's now 2 and still not out.. plan this as an all day event. They need to schedule more proficiently, so the wait times are not so long. If you don't have the staff, don't over book! Horrible waiting experience for people coming to you in pain!

My mother had a 6:45 appointment. We got here at 6:30, and she filled out the paper work. At 8:17, the receptionist came and said she printed the wrong date on the paper work and my mom had to redo all of the paperwork. She was finally taken back at 8:45. Over a two hour wait is ridiculous. When we arrived the receptionist had her kids there and one was a crying baby. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had lost my previous Texas physicians pain doc and they gave me this A hole who single handedly decides to take me off all my pain meds, even Subutex which is considered a safe pain medication by most doctors and has very little addiction risk. His lame excuse was pain meds are bad for me long term and this idiot tells me this BS line that as a doctor he can not do me harm as his reason for doing it. I was perfectly stable and has been on this combo for 15 years with no issues whatsoever. He did it because he pushes spine ... read more

I'm livid. I was scheduled for a spinal injection this morning at 8:15. I arrived at the facility only to find out that they were closed. Patients standing everywhere who were scheduled! One woman said that she was called this morning and told that the surgery center was closed and they hope she hadn't left her house yet. Another woman said she spoke with corporate and they said that they knew at 9:00 p.m. last night that it was going to be closed today. I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment. I received a call on Thursday on when to be there. I drive over an hour to get to the surgery center only to be told that they had no idea who I was. When I called on Monday, they had no explanation and refused to give me one.

1990i went from methaqualone to soma ,,besides fullmBlown Bursitis ,my lmmune system attacking my whole body Pa Judy since day one not concerned with surgery ,family 1 wanted my off muvsle relaxer ,ps,,went from Oxy back to hydro my tegurst. If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for one hour for service. They stated they were running 30 minutes behind. They called me at 3:36 for my 2:30 appointment, because I left after one hour of waiting, she said I would have to wait a few minutes, once I returned because he was in with another patient. I live about five minutes from the office. So, my son has a 4 o’clock appt to which I got him there early was returned at 3:54 to them saying I have to reschedule, because they waited fifteen minutes for me, really. This ... read more

Awful and terrible place. They make sick people in pain wait for hours. Double book people here. No courtesy. Didn’t call to tell us they were three hours or more behind. No one answered the phone. The waiting room is falling apart and not a safe environment for people. Never would come here again and this place should be shutdown.
