I have been trying to call them to discuss my bill and none of the phone lines are working. No voice messages left. However, very prompt in their statements to say they will send statement to collection agency.. really ! The letter says to call to discuss the bill and we can not make contact with them not even the BCBS rep could make contact with them. All this is recorded at BCBS.. so as far as I am concerned, this statement goes in the trash! I tried!
