I was dealing with this place for my elderly mother, who's on Medicare. She was approved for medicaid, which is additional benefits that covers a multitude of higher deductibles and whatnot. I was informed with a very rude letter that my doctor was withdrawing from any further professional attendance to my mother. I requested information explaining why. This is an updated review. I have used this service for many years. I can only give a 5 star rating because they don't have a 6th star. This is a fantastic service. My doctor comes to my home...to my home!!! No driving to doctor appointments, no sitting in a waiting room around other sick people (scary). They take my insurance, no problem. Always available by phone. Office staff and nurses are fantastic. MEDICAL PROVIDERS WHO DO ACTUAL HOUSECALLS.
My granny (Alzeimers) moved in with me sept 2024, we had a dr, nurse and pt come to the house thanks to Ennoble. They made everything so easy for us without the hassle of taking her out and stressing her. She recently got put on Hospice, all while im pregnant and giving birth to twins! The team at Ennoble has made every bit of this possible and easy. I would recommend them 100x over.
If I could give no stars i would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. My clients habe been trying to get compression socks sized correctly for her legs. The dr said she needed to be measured and the they would get some ordered for her. This was 8 months ago, and of course they always tell her husband what he wants to hear. The insurance wont cover it. We sent over the approval from the insurance, and excuse after excuse. This place we feel is neglectful. They call for her meds, and it takes weeks to get the refills sent in.... read more
I gave this review because they're unprofessional when scheduling appointments. My actual first appointment the she was late. I do not recommend this in home care.
