We truly appreciate the amazing care that we receive from the doctors and staff at Physicians House Calls of Kansas!! They always go above and beyond the call, they take amazing care of my mother and they are very professional and very caring at the same time!! I would recommend them to everyone!
Most of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly but beware of the one that's not she will NOT help you or return your calls or get a hold of the Dr or nurse for you she is in TOTAL control and makes these elderly patients very upset. This is a great service for patients who are homebound glad it's available.
Awful. I have stage 3 cancer. Their doc gave me 150 Percocet. They didn't turn him in they fired me and when I called for another prescription they called me crazy and hung up on me. I had to turn them all in to the board.Sundra belongs in jail for how she treated me. They left me without a Dr overnight to cover up their mistake. They are unprofessional and uneducated.
Wonderful customer service!! They are always responsive and do a great job!
