This facility has gone down hill for some time. I've refused to come back here for a few years due to referrals not making it to where they need to, prescriptions not being called in, and in my opinion just a lack of professionalism from the staff. I just spent 30 minutes calling to set up an appointment for my primary physician and they can't even answer the call. Excellent care from this facility for walk in bronchitis, prescription send over promptly.
They don’t even answer the phone when you try to make an appointment i’ve been coming here for like a two or three years this is America. You don’t make a doctors appointment until you’re almost dead I guess
