Horrible. They don't answer the phone. Mailboxes are full. No one calls you back. You can't make an appointment or refill a prescription
Good group to work for
Most unprofessional and rude conduct that I've ever seen from ANYONE in healthcare. They walked into a Drs office full of sick, disabled and elderly patients and PROCEEDED TO HAVE A GOSSIP GIRL PARTY IN THE CORNER OF THE WAITING ROOM!!! They talked about specific health problems of specific patients VERY LOUDLY AND LAUGHED!!! Everyone in the waiting room was forced to sit and listen to their rude, unprofessional extremely loud conversation. I could still hear their laughter from the exam room.
