Physicians Group has been my PCP for about a year now, and I’ve certainly had no issues with them. They were even able to get me in for an appointment the same day I called on a Friday. They’ve always been very professional and very kind to me.
nice doctors - HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE. only go here if you want them to screw up your medications, send them to the wrong pharmacy, have them tell you that you have no copay and then get a huge bill because they don't even take your insurance in the first place ,and then every time you need to go in have them behave as if its such a hassle to schedule an apt for you.
I am absolutely disgusted with this office. As someone who is in the medical profession myself, there is absolutely no excuse for the experience I had with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, had to wait almost 2 months to get a referral for a biopsy. I mean we are talking a possible cancer diagnosis and I had to wait 2 months?! The referral coordinator has absolutely no clue how to do her job. She had to call the specialists office I was being referred to and had to be given step by step instructi... read more
