The doctor I saw once is the only reason this place even gets a star at all. Dr. Stevenson is great but their office staff are horrible at answering the phones and calling people back. The referral office is the WORST! I finally had enough of trying to get an appointment and my referrals renewed and just found a different doctor.
I will give Dr Valdes a 10 plus for my back surgery. My problem, and others, is with their phone service. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 12 - 15 minutes to get through and then they are not helpful If that is a problem to you and you a back problem, Dr Valdes is the only surgeon I would ever go back to. Awesome!!
Dr Valdes of the Hedley orthopedic institute IS A TOP NOTCH SPINE SURGEON!!!.. to date he has done 4 of the 6 spine reconstruction surgeries I have had... and has given me part of my life back..his MA Annette is on top of EVERY THING... if you have been told sorry there's NOTHING I can do..he's your man... THANK YOU DR VALDES AND ANNETTE..
