Beautiful place and professional staff! The only place in the Seattle area I could find that does blood prick lactate testing along with VO2max. The protocol was well executed and the detailed PDF results afterwards are so helpful in adjusting my training! I'll definitely be back to retest on the regular!
I have had a major sciatic issue for months. It was a serious struggle when I walked the block from my vehicle to their office, .
