I absolutely agree with Katie P.. Crappy choice is not even deserving of one star. I wish I could give them a corner star. Not because of the doctors or practitioners; but because of the reception ( with the exception of one. ) and office manager. When I make payments in full; I have to always deal with them claiming I have a balance due. Last choice. Never sent my meds to the pharmacy. Never got results from my blood work. Now they won't give me my medical records. I called, emailed and went to the office. No one would help me. I offered to sit and wait and the terribly unprofessional manager said she was calling the police. I'm still sick and they know why but are keeping the information from me. Is that legal?? I urge others who have had this experience to file a complaint with the BBB. No one should have to suffer like this.
