I had a positive experience with Dr. Susana Perez, she knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to truly listen and explain things clearly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office management. The manager LISSA is extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude, making what should have been a smooth process unnecessarily hard.if you need a referal from her, pls make sure you have the time and patience to call every day for about two weeks. I had the worst experience with the receptionist, and some staff. I have been coming to this doctors office for about two years now. I recently had two appointment this week, one that I had to cancel due to an emergency. I called the office and left a message to notify them that I had an emergency and could not make it.
