Staff is rude and they never answer the phones
Not sure what is going on but the service and assistance has gone down hill rapidly. Over the past 3 weeks I've had office staff refuse to call my prescriptions in to a new pharmacy and referenced notes left by the cardiologist. Apparently they have forgotten how to transmit bloodwork orders to the lab and now prefer you to tell them the lab you use and fax to a specific location. I believe they have to more patients than they can handle. I'm not impressed looking for a new doctor.
After a 45 minute attempt to contact the office as a new patient, the receptionist only said hello once and hung up when I did not respond within 2 seconds. I understand that this is a large office and typically busy, but this is absurd.
