The computer systems are lagging because they aren’t in sync with their other medical buildings. But their front receptionist are working superheroes. ARIANA is so professional and accommodating, She’s making sure that I get seen by their other medical buildings no matter what bad computer system lag is happening In the back.
I’ve been coming here for over 6 years all I have to say I’m getting a new doctor. The Tuesday medical doctor don’t care about your needs. Like is this place listening to their patients needs. I miss the male doctor that was there for a while they keep changing new doctors. They refuse to fill out my fmla papers I’m going to get fired because apparently it’s hell getting my fmla papers filled out. Leaving another review since this location claims my appt was made three hrs before I got there which is NOT true it was made days in advance and I was left voicemails Days in advance . When I got to my appointment after leaving my first review I was pulled to the side by the woman who works at the front while WAITINGfor the doctor and asked to remove my review . Staff is very friendly Camilla, Moussa, The supervisor Jama is great 1000/10. I enjoy coming into the office. The N.P Gillian is the best shes Honest and does her work throughly❤️
