Leaving another review since this location claims my appt was made three hrs before I got there which is NOT true it was made days in advance and I was left voicemails Days in advance . When I got to my appointment after leaving my first review I was pulled to the side by the woman who works at the front while WAITINGfor the doctor and asked to remove my review . Staff is very friendly Camilla, Moussa, The supervisor Jama is great 1000/10. I enjoy coming into the office. The N.P Gillian is the best shes Honest and does her work throughly❤️
This place is HORRIBLE. I’ve been left multiple voicemails by their staff , and every time I come to an appointment there’s something new . Today I get to an appointment I’ve confirmed multiple times and been called about multiple times only for the idiot receptionist to tell me the doctor does not take new patients . If something happens to me it’s their fault . I’ve never seen a staff so disconnected . No communication at all . Do Not Go to this place . Physicare Multi Services is amazing. NP Gillian Cipriano provides exceptional, compassionate care, and Jamsheeda at the front desk is always warm, welcoming, and professional. The rest of the medical staff is just as incredible — friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure every patient feels valued. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Highly recommend!
