Many thanks to Colette and staff for making my visits to Physical One pleasant and most beneficial. So glad low back pain is minimal to none and I can again lift my left arm during worship service at church.
The staff was wonderful. I had hurt my shoulder and after only two sessions was already seeing amazing results.
A team of professionals and warm caring staff and very attentive to everyones needs they made me feel comfortable and confident. Its also an educational experience as well.
My daughter is a dancer and was having bad back pain and then started having pain in her knee. After seeing an Orthopedic doctor, we took her to Physical One as it was highly recommended by other moms at her dance studio. We were very happy with the therapy she received there. They taught her exercises and stretching to do which has really helped. She graduated today! We are very grateful to Physical One!!!
I came to Physical One with severe pain in my neck and shoulder muscles. After just a few visits, I am feeling so much better! Colette and Cara not only showed me exercises that helped my immediate problem, but took the time to help me with my posture and get to the root of the issue. The team is so thorough and they really care about helping you. I would recommend them to anyone.
i just completed six weeks of therapy at PhysicalOne and can say the difference those weeks made is incredible. i arrived there five days after hip replacement surgery and was barely able to walk. i was also in considerable pain. Now i am walking my seventy pound pit bull four miles a day and and am nearly pain free. at 71, i am on my way to being in better shape than i was at 60.
