The owner/coach genuinely cares about supporting members and creates unique workouts every day, so you'll never get bored. The classes aren't easy, and that's exactly what drives the results people are looking for. Highly recommended.
Llevo casi 5 años entrenando aquí y no lo cambiaría por ningún otro. El mejor gym híbrido de Miami para CrossFit y HYROX. Excelentes coaches, muy buen ambiente y entrenamientos que de verdad te hacen mejorar. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
