Many thanks to Shahine, David, and John. I think I presented a somewhat challenging case of an old injury that only comes up while running. S, D, and J were focused, friendly, and creative with exercises and zeroing in on the issue.

I had a really great experience here during physical therapy. The entire team was warm, fun, understanding, encouraging, and genuinely attentive throughout my treatment. They challenged me in a good way with stretches and exercises that really helped me make progress. I always felt supported and like they truly paid attention to how I was doing. I made a lot of improvement while I was there, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and motivating physical therapy team.
