I used PTT in Feb after a tkr. Not even basic cleanliness was done - such as wiping machines after use, changing pillowcases after use, or accessible hand sanitizer. After 3 visits, I quit going to their facility because I didn't want the flu, or worse, Covid-19 from their lack of cleanliness. I told my Ortho that I would not go back under any circumstances and he agreed. Then PTT double billed Medicare and my insurance carrier, which I've had a heck of a time straightening out!
The staff at PT Today are very knowledgeable and treat you with respect. The therapy is based on your needs and is administered at your pace. I highly recommend them.
The staff and therapists here are great! They are very patient and helpful especially if you don't understand what you need to do at home. Will def be coming back whenever I need therapy again.

Very personal, the staff is extremely friendly, adaptable, knowledgeable, go out of their way to help you, plus a clean facility . Can’t say enough about PTT on the Loop. It’s been fun rehabbing there. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place friendly therapist are great so glad I made this my first and only choice
I have to say as far as customer service goes, this was the worst. Trying to cancel membership was difficult and they were less than helpful. I made 3 phone calls in three months, sent in requested cancellation letter only to have them keep drafting. Here the 1st of April they again drafted, went in to the office to jump through yet another hoop only to be told I would not be refunded for this month. The manager was condescending. They could use some lessons in customer service.
