Awful. I was scheduled for two appts. The first one they called and scheduled me. When I got there I was told that I was not on the schedule, there was no OT in on that day, and I was not in their system at all. I showed them the day and time I got the call for scheduling from their number. She scheduled me again for a different day. When I arrived, the same lady told me I didn’t have an appt scheduled. challenging bureaucratic run around even though insurance approved for therapy patient
I was experiencing dizziness. Mr. Patel was my therapist. He showed me various techniques to control my dizziness. After only a few sessions, I no longer have dizzy spells!
