Awful. I was scheduled for two appts. The first one they called and scheduled me. When I got there I was told that I was not on the schedule, there was no OT in on that day, and I was not in their system at all. I showed them the day and time I got the call for scheduling from their number. She scheduled me again for a different day. When I arrived, the same lady told me I didn’t have an appt scheduled. I was experiencing dizziness. Mr. Patel was my therapist. He showed me various techniques to control my dizziness. After only a few sessions, I no longer have dizzy spells!

The kindness exhibited by every person at SJC should be emulated by all persons. After an initial diagnose of my wife having had a heart attack, she was catheterized and it was determined that she had not suffered any damage to her heart. The personnel were, exceedingly, thoughtful and caring. May their days be filled with love health and happiness.
