This unique facility deserves 10 stars. I have worked with a lot of Physical Therapy facilities on both sides of the operation, as patient and management. This place is completely unique in my experience. The staff and open floor plan create an environment of warmth, laughter and healing. Head and shoulders over any other place I have ever experienced.

I rate PTSMC at the top, as what a physical therapy clinic should be. I love the atmosphere, from the smiles to the music. It shows that Nick and all the staff love what they do because they are friendly and welcoming.They know therapy and work with you on what you need. This is why their schedule fills up fast. So plan ahead and schedule out ahead of time.

I wanted to come to this PT location due to so many fantastic things I have heard. Unfortunately, although I have Medicare they don't accept the supplemtary insurance. I called Medicare and the supplemtary and they both said that it's billed to Medicare only and didn't understand the concern with secondary. I am so disappointed in not being able to get PT from them. Thank you for your response. I am new to Medicare and was told that if a provider accepts Medicare, I can go.
