A year ago I underwent surgery for a torn rotator cuff on the left shoulder & had physical therapy @ Physical Therapy Specialists with very successful recovery after therapy. This year when I was diagnosed with a tear on the other shoulder it was a "no brainer" where to go for therapy. ALL of the staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are an asset to have right here in Sioux City. Thank you Physical Therapy Specialists!!!
A large shout out the PTS! I was diagnosed with stage one lung cancer. I wanted to get some help with breathing routines...little did I know how much Kate would help me. I am doing SBRT radiation. During this procedure they must restrict your breathing .... Kate showed me how to work my diaphragm...and this helped so much!!!! You all rock! Thank you!
