Really disappointed in Ability Chiropractic of Gahanna. After 18 months of going there for my son and myself, they brought up that they messed up billing 6 months ago and I had outstanding payments due. I gave them a cc to keep on file and they charged it after every visit, so I didn’t realize they were doing things wrong. This was not an insurance issue, they admitted that they just messed up where they only were charging for my son. The staff is top notch and professional, Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Cook are extremely knowledgeable in chiropractic care and they time to explain how the body reacts to treatment over time.
