I cannot say enough good things about all the staff at the Gahanna location! Not only do I feel better physically after getting adjusted, but my day is always improved by my interactions with every person that works there. Highly recommend.
Love the entire staff and they have been great with my care
I have had neck, shoulder and back pain from working in an office on a computer 8 to 14 hours a day going back to 2015. Over the years I would be in such pain within an hour of arriving at work. Being that I manage a team of 50 to 55 teammates I have to be present but was finding it very difficult to focus due to pain and migraine headaches. Just going in expecting a good back crack. Came out informed that I needed so much more and now I understand how keeping my spinal column makes life so much nicer and easier. The doctors and receptionist make you feel like family. I’m so appreciative of Ability Chiropractor for making me a better person!
Great staff, they make you feel like family!!! Very helpful with helping correct my back and very attentive to my specific needs! With that being said, their billing department is awful. In the past 5 years of going to this facility their billing department has made a mistake with my plan that has been costing me more and more every year. I called to cancel with them after yet another billing department mistake costing me an additional $60/month. I’m outraged that this company would pass along their mistake to a client.
