They really know what they are doing. Chris knows which exercises are more beneficial for my injuries. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will miss the people when I am done with physical therapy.

First Therapy today after shoulder surgery. I was so scared they would hurt me. Even though I was looking terrible...like an old bedroom shoe from being right out of surgery...they treated me like I did not resemble an old bedroom shoe at all. Bobby was so kind and gave me practical tools to make my recovery easier. I loved the blue cold cover that they wrapped me in. It took away pain.
