I have only been in PT for a few weeks for right knee replacement but Jon has been exceptional!! Highly recommend. He actually listens to what my concerns are and finds ways to work around and adjust for my actual comfort even though none of this is really comfortable! He’s working me hard and it’s paying off. I feel I am making good progress and he lets me know. Outstanding physical therapist. So pleased to have him.
The therapists and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to my appointments and feel I am getting great quality care.
I struggled with sciatic nerve pain for 15 months. I worked with Stephanie at Physical Therapy Solutions in Mechanicsville for three sessions. She explained what causes the pain and which exercises I can do at home to ensure the pain does not return.
