Knowledgable and personable, Jacob is a wise choice as a physical therapist. He took into account my active lifestyle and the kinds of activities i enjoy such as weight training, kayaking, and throwing the ball for my dog. Additionally, he took time to explain how and why a particular stretch or exercise would be useful to rehabilitate my shoulder injury. I felt confident in his expertise and can recommend him without reservation!
Steve was wonderful with helping me with neck/upper back issues during pregnancy over telehealth appointments. I highly recommend, thank you Steve!
Jenni is amazing. She teaches you what to do and when you do it, it works. Over the years: lower back issues from bad posture and mechanics, benign positional vertigo and neck injury when wind slammed trunk on top of head. I have referred many others as well, eagerly.

I was having horrible migraines and my Neurologist referred me to Physical Therapy Services of Rochester. I started a few months ago working with Steve. He is such an amazing therapist. I begin doing basic exercises, different neck motions and eventually my migraines were gone! I did my last therapy session a few weeks ago but I still do all my exercises.
