all of the ladies do a excellent job. they are very personable. I definitely recommend everyone go to them. I've been to 3 different places before coming here. if I ever need physical therapy again this is where I will be going.
Business response:
Teresa, Thank you so much for the positive feedback. We love our jobs and consider it a perk to work with so many wonderful people.
Everyone there is knowledgeable and professional and just plain likable! They do dry needling which is definitely working for my issues and is very tolerable. (Don’t be a chicken!) they care about getting you better. I feel confident I will be back to running by this spring. I won’t go anywhere else for physical therapy.
10 out of 5 stars 😊 Saige is a very good physical therapist. Very patient and informative. The front desk staff is very friendly.
the therapist was Great with Scotty!
I have received services from Physical Therapy Services of Lansing on 3 different occasions, each time for a different reason. From the first time to currently, I am treated with the utmost respect. I feel we are a team in addressing my issues thus I don’t feel alone in my journey towards recovery. I am challenged however not beyond my abilities. When I’m doing too much, the therapists will remind me, giving me an honest evaluation of where I am. Encouragement, empathy, honesty, professionalism are some of the words that des... read more
I’m a prostrate cancer survivor. I was referred here by U of M after my surgery. I was treated with dignity and compassion for what I had gone through and what was ahead of me. It was very important according to U of M that I began my Pelvic Floor treatment ASAP. The Dr’s @ U of M knew that this treatment would restore my bladder control in a timely manor and allow me to get back to a normal life. I was very surprised that this treatment is not prescribed by Dr’s in the Lansing area. I had friends going through the same issu... read more
I would never go here. They are arrogant and do not care about their patients or staff. There are many other physical therapy offices to choose from.
Would never recommend these guys. They were mediocre at best. I would go a week without p.t. because they didn't check on my insurance (which had been approved). In the end I was waiting for someone to call me regarding insurance and I never heard from them. They just didn't call back. Who does that? A friend recommended another place and it is so much better.
